　　however/ but/ yet/ although/despite/ in spite of/ while/actually/in fact/although/even if/ in contrast

　　But前的quiet意思是安静，转折以后的boisterous就是反义的喧闹的意思。

　　A and B、A...and B...

　　(1) 并列双方性质相同;

　　(2) 当A、B都比较复杂时，应该从后一项开始找，根据B的形式到前文找到A

　　such as/ like/ including/ for example/ for instance

　　例如：Diane experienced many great traumas during early childhood, including being injured in a car crash and the death of her family.

　　后面的举例都是负向的、不好的事情，因而traumas也是负向的意义，即为“创伤、不幸”。

　　4、表顺序或过程

　　(1) first, then, next, later on, finally
