　　I think it was just last month when I made a promise to my crony that I would join her jogging on Friday night each week.

　　She was very good at bodybuilding and my physical stamina and immunity were kind of weak at that time because of heavy pressure from work , so she asked me to accompany her

to insist on regular exercise weekly. Actually, I was zero interested in workout that was even meant for a challenge for me. However, I definitely knew that she did concern about my

wellness so that I said yes. I was able to fulfill my promise to her, but I still suffered a little from it mentally and physically at first.

　　When I went for the jogging with her in the first 20 minutes, I didn't feel worn out at all. But then she encouraged me to run for another 30 minutes which seemed to be a piece of

cake for her after she kept being quite energetic then. I mean I was suffered by my limited strength and was uncomfortable in respiration, but I was totally inspired by her willpower.

Becauseshe really wanted to let me become a fitness enthusiast like her, I made the promise to her to join the jogging regularly just to accompany her and she wanted me to have a fit

body. So I met my promise to do the exercise every week, overcame the sloth and ended up getting used to working out.
